Preparation and Safety
1. Boil the water and mix in Maesri’s Gaeng Tai Pla Southern Curry Soup Paste. Stir until fragrant. 2. Add the prepared bamboo shoots and kaffir lime leaves, Then stir five minutes. 3. While boiling , add long green bean and eggplants. Seasoning with fish sauce as preferred. 4. Add fish meat and simmer until vegetables are cooked. Ready to serve
