Preparation and Safety

1. Stir fry 100g of Maesri's Green curry paste with 200ml of coconut milk in a saucepan under medium heat until boiled. 2. Add 500g of chicken or preferred meat and stir until meat is cooked. Slowly add 500ml of coconut milk. Bring to a boil. 3. While boiling, add 250g of eggplants, 5 torn kaffir lime leaves and 2-3 tbsp offish sauce. 4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and sliced fresh chilli (serves 6) Delicious when serve with rice, noodle, pasta, or paratha Use dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening
