Preparation and Safety

Soaking Direction: Put rice noodles into a bowl. Then soak the rice noodles thoroughly in hot water about 6 minutes or warm water about 45-60 minutes until soft, Drain. Stir-Fry: Heat 2-3 tbsp s of vegetable oil into the pan for 1 minute the add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes. Add soaked rice noodles and stir-fry about 1 minute. Add meat and sauce and continue to stir-fry 2-3 minutes or more until soft and tender. Serve immediately. Enjoy! Soup: Soft-Boil rice noodles about 1-3 minutes or until soft. Drain well rice noodles the rinse with cold water. Transfer rice noodles into a serving bowl. Carefully pour hot soup. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
