Preparation and Safety

1. Prepare 1/2 kg chicken drumsticks or thighs. Sprinkle the contents of 1 packet seasoning mix, blend well and marinate for 15 minutes. 2. Put 300g rice in a rice cooker. Add the chicken and mix with rice. Pour in appropriate amount of water. Switch on. 3. Let it cook and serve hot with dipping sauce and cucumber salad.
