Preparation and Safety

Lobo Chicken Rice Sauce, deliciously flavorful with chunks of garlic, bird's eye chili, ginger and coriander root. Use the sauce as dipping sauce for chicken rice. Boiled chicken, fish porridge, blanched fish fillets. It can also be used for such stir-fried dishes as stir-fried vegetables and stir-fried fish. Additionally, adding this sauce in steamed menus like steamed fish and tofu is also amazingly delicious.
