Preparation and Safety
Stir Kanokwan Panang Curry Paste with 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top. Add 300-400g of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1/2 cup (120ml) of water and wait until boiled. Adjust the seasoning. (suggestion 1 tsp of sugar). Add slice lemongrass, chopped kaffir lime leaf and fresh long red chilli. Stir fry until cooked.
