Preparation and Safety

Soak the dry vermicellli (80g) in water or 15 minutes and drain, Boil the vermicellli for 1-2 minutes drain and place aside. On medium heat, stir chicken (60g) aand salt in a pan until cooked, keep aside. On medium heat, add 2 Thsp of vegetbel oil, whip egg in the pan and fry until cooked. Add vermicellli and sauce (54g) to the pan and mix well. Add Chinese kale (80g) and stir until cooked. turn off the heat. Serve
