Preparation and Safety
1. Soak the noodles in water for 15 minutes and drain. 2. Boil the noodles for 3-4 minutes, drain and place in a bowl. 3. Pour the garlic oil (10g) into the noodles bowl and mix well. 4. Separately in a pot, pour the seasoning (72g) into 400ml of water and bring to boil. 5. Add fishballs (5-6 pcs), shrimps, octopus and morning glory (30g) to the Yentafo soup, wait until cooked and pour onto the noodles bowl. 6. Serve.
