Preparation and Safety

Soak the glass noodles (80g) in water or 15 minutes and drain, Boil the glass noodles for 1-2 minutes drain and place aside. On medium heat, add 2 Thsp of vegetbel oil and stir chicken (60g) until cooked. Add noodles into a pan, followed by the sauce (68g) and mix well. Add basil leaves and red chilli, stir fry until cooked, and turn off the heat. Serve
