Preparation and Safety

1. Put 3 cups of rice (for family of 4) into the rice basin. 2. Rinse royal umbrella rice once and drain. 3. Add 3.6 cups of water (1.2 cup per cup of rice) into rice basin. 4. Place rice basin into rice cooker and switch it on. Do not open lid for stirring in the processing of cooking. 5. When rice is cooked, leave for 15 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve hot.
