Preparation and Safety

1. Soak the rice noodle in hot water for 1-2 minutes and drain well. 2. Add seasoning in 1/3 cup of water (50cc.) stir well. 3. Add 3 tbs.vegetable oil and 50g of fresh shrimp or fresh meat and 40g of tofu in a pan. Fry for 3 minutes or until shrimp or tofu is brown. Put noodles (from step 1) and seasoning (from step 2) in and cook well. Add 1 egg, 15g dried shrimp, 100g fresh bean sprouts, 20g Chinese chives and 30g crushed peanuts. Mix well and cook for an additional 3 minutes, serve immediately.
