Preparation and Safety

1. Stir fry 100g of Maesri's Red curry paste with 300ml of coconut milk in a saucepan for a few minutes under medium-high heat until well mixed and boiled. 2. Add 500g of chicken or ptreferred meat and stir until meat is cooked. Add 400ml of coconut milk. Bring to a boil. 3. While boiling, add 250g of eggplans or preferred vegetables,, 5 torn kaffir lime leaves and 2-3 tbsp of fish sauce. 4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and sliced freesh chilli (serve 5). Delicious when serve with rice, noodle, pasta or paratha Use dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening
