Preparation and Safety

No preservative, No added MSG, No artificial color. Stir-fry 50g of Massaman curry Paste in 1 tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk. Add 200g of fresh meat and another cup (120ml) of coconut milk, another cup (120ml) of water, heat until boiling. Ass 150g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 15g peanut, another cup (120ml) of water and cook until the vegetables softer. Add 3 tsp sugar,1 tsp tamarind extract, taste and season as required. For a milder flavor, half portion of the curry paste should be used.
