Preparation and Safety

Recipe: Chicken Rice (2 Servings) Making Chicken Rice 1. Prepare 250-300g chicken breasts or thighs. 2 Put 200g (approximately 1 cup) rice and chicken rice seasoning sauce mix (32g) in a rice cooker. Pour in appropriate amount of water and mix well. Then, arrange the chicken on top. Close the lid and switch on. 3. Let it cook and serve in 2 portions. Chop chicken and arrange on top of rice. Pour Dipping sauce (80g) equally into 2 small sauce cups. Serve hot with Soup. Making Chicken Soup Mix 1 packet soup mix (8g) with 400ml hot water. Stir well. Serve 2.
