Preparation and Safety

Stir Kanokwan Red Curry Paste with 1 cup (240ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top. Add 200g of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240ml) of water and wait until boiled. Add pea eggplant, sweet basil leaf and long red chilli and wait until boiled. Adjust the seasoning. (suggestion 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish salt or salt).
