Preparation and Safety

1. Stir 5 tbsp. Red Curry Paste into 2.5 - 3 cups of boiling water 2. Add 300g chicken or grilled fish, 1 jar (24 oz.) bamboo shoot kaeng lao style, stir until cooked. ( Add chilli powder, fermented fish sauce if prefer )
