Preparation and Safety
Silk-sifted. Specially processed to give the finest grain and the tenderest texture in all types of cakes. Sift wheat flour Royal Fan, baking powder U-88 and milk powder, set aside. Whip eggs, sugar and UFM SP at low speed about 1 minute then change to high speed until the batter is thicken. Lower the mixing speed and continue to mix for 30 seconds, add sifted flour, fresh milk, honey, vanilla flavor and melted butter. Mix by hand, gently. Divide the batter and add food coloring. Pour the colored batter into 11x15x1 inches baking pan with parchment paper lining on the bottom. Do the same for the rest of colored batter. Bake at 400F or 200C a bout 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let the cake cool completely then peel off the parchment paper. Spread butter cream or fruit jam over the cake and roll.
