Preparation and Safety

1. Mix pancake flour and coconut powder with 75ml of water. 2. Stir until the flour and water are well combined. 3. Add coconut meat and mix well. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Set a Teflon pan on low heat. Pour the mixed batter into the pan and wait for one side to cook. Flip the batter to cook both sides evenly. 2. When both sides are cooked, place it on the plate. 3. Cut into bite-sized pieces and it's ready to be served.
