Preparation and Safety

1. Stir fry 100g of Maesri's Panang curry paste with 4 tbsp of vegetable oil. 2. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and keep stirring until boil. Then add 600g of chicken or preferred meat and stir thoroughly. 3. Slowly add 200ml of coconut milk and keep stirring until meat is cooked. 4. Garnish with minced kaffir lime leaves and fresh chillies 5. Ready to serve (serve 5-6)
