Authentic and robust Thai Jungle Curry (Kaeng Par) paste from Mae Sri. Specially formulated for creating traditional spicy forest-style curries that are intense in herbal flavor without using coconut milk.

Preparation and Safety
1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot and add 100g of Maesri's Kaeng Par curry paste. Stir 3-4 minutes. 2. Add 500g of chicken or preferred meat. Keep stirring until meat is cooked. 3. Add 200g of vegetables (eggplant, long green bean or preferred vegetables, 20g of shredded fingerroot and fish sauce as preferred. Stir until cooked. 4. Garnish with holy basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilli. Ready to serve. (Serve 5-7)
