Preparation and Safety

1. Stir fry 100g of Maesri's Green curry paste with 200ml of coconut milk in a saucepan under medium heat until boiled. 2. Add 500g of chicken or preferred meat and stir until meat is cooked. Slowly add 500ml of coconut milk. Bring to a boil. 3. While boiling, add 250g of eggplants, 5 torn kaffir lime leaves and 2-3 tbsp offish sauce. 4. Garnish with sweet basil leaves and sliced fresh chilli (serves 6) Delicious when serve with rice, noodle, pasta, or paratha
