Preparation and Safety

No preservative, No artificial color. Add 50g of Tom Yum Paste into 2 cup (600ml) boiling water, stir thoroughly. Add 200g of fresh shrimp or fish and 150g of mushroom or other vegetables. Cook until well done. Add lime juice, soy sauce, taste and season as required. Suggestion: One cup of water may be replaced with 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk or milk in order to get thick Tom Yum Soup.
