1.Family flour for cooking and backing for egg noodles, pancakes, cookies, biscuits, cakes, doughnuts, pastries and gravy. Sift wheat flour Kite, baking soda and baking powder U-88 and set aside. 2.Beat butter, sugar and salt at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the egg, one by one. 3. Add wheat flour alternate with evaporated milk, should end with wheat flour. Add lemon juice and mix together. Use the donut cutter to stamp out the dough and fry at 325F. 4. Sprinkle donut with sugar.
