Preparation and Safety

1. Blend 1 heaped tablespoon of Jade Leaf Brand Corn Starch with a small amount of water, stir well until it is mixed thoroughly and add into soup. 2. Place your meat in a bowl with Jade Leaf Brand Corn Starch, turn to evenly coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, allow the meat to marinate for at least 20 minutes before cooking. The marinated meat will be more tender and juicy. 3. Mix 3 tablespoons of Jade Leaf Brand Corn Starch with cup of water, 1 egg yolk and salt. Stir well, then dip fresh food and deep fried in preheated oil until it golden brown.
