Preparation and Safety
1.Fully submerge the rice stick noodles in water and leave for 15 minutes. 2. Then place the rice stick noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Once cooked, drain the rice stick noodles using a colander and place rice stick noodles in a bowl of cold water. This will help maintain the texture of the rice stick noodles. 4. The rice stick noodles are now ready for use as you wish. You can use them with a Thai curry, such as Nam Ya or even as a rice spaghetti, instead of wheat pasta.
