THAI MILK TEA

This iconic amber-coloured drink, made with authentic Number One Brand Thai Tea Mix, is perfectly balanced with sweet condensed milk and creamy evaporated milk. It’s the ultimate sweet and aromatic treat to beat the heat.
A Simple Summer refreshment THAI MILK TEA
INGREDIENTS (FOR 1-2 SERVINGS)
- 2-3 tbsp Number One Brand Thai Tea Mix
- Approx. 1.5 – 2 cups Boiling Water
- 1 Tea Fabric Filter Bag
- Per Serving (adjust to taste):
- 1-2 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1-2 tsp Sweetened Condensed Milk (e.g., Carnation brand)
- 1-2 tsp Evaporated Milk (e.g., Carnation brand) for mixing, plus extra for topping
- Plenty of Ice Cubes
Method
- Put 2 teaspoons of Number One Brand Thai Tea Mix into the tea filter bag and pour boiling hot water into the tea bag
- Pour the tea through the tea filter bag again again for the second time and then pour it back and forth like this 4 times
- When getting the desired tea concentration Then pour 1 cup of tea, 2 teaspoons of condensed milk, 1 teaspoons of carnation evaporated milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar and stir to combine.
- Fill a cup with ice and pour in the cooled down tea. Then top with Carnation Evaporated Milk as desire!
Note
The strength of the tea and the level of sweetness/creaminess can be adjusted to your personal preference. For a richer tea, use more tea mix or let it steep a bit longer. Traditionally, Thai Milk Tea is quite sweet. If you make the concentrate ahead of time, let it cool completely before mixing and pouring over ice to prevent too much dilution.
