Preparation and Safety

1. Mix one bag of khanom Krok flour with 250ml of water 2. Mix one bag of sweet coconut cream topping for Khanom Krok with 80ml of water or warm water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn on the Khanom Krok stove to medium heat and apply vegetable oil onto the stove. 2. Once the stove is slightly heated pour the Khanom Krok batter into the molds filling them about 3/4 full. 3. Pour the sweet coconut cream topping onto the Khanom Krok batter. 4. Close the lid and wait until the batter is cooked. Add topping as desired. 5. Remove from the stove, place on a plate, and it's ready to be served.
