Preparation and Safety

Bring 4 cups of the water (100cc) to boil. Then, add the tapioca noodle (break it into half if you like) and boil for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally (until loose and untwist) to aviod sticking. After cooked, srain well and pass the cold water through. Then, serve with sweet coconut syrup and top with rice for your freshness.
