Madam pum instant thai tapioca pearl with taro

Tapioca pearl 47% (Tapioca starch, water), sweet coconut powder 47% (coconut, sugar), dehydrated taro 6%. Store cool and dry. Keep refrigerated after opening.

How to cook: 1. Put 4 cup (1 litre) of water to a boil over high heat. Then add Tapioca Pearl and continue cooking for 10 minutes, keep stirring until tapioca pearl turn transparent and floating. Keep stirring to avoid tapioca stick to the bottom. 2. Once tapioca pearl are transparent, turn off the hear. Add dehydrated taro, stir and let it steep for 3 minutes. Gently drain the excess water and set aside to let it cool. 3. Preparing coconut syrup. Bring coconut powder mixed and salt with � cup (125ml) of boiling water, stir till mix well. Then add in the tapioca pearl and taro (from 2). Serve warm or chillied by place in the fridge or put ice on top, if needed when serve.
