Preparation and Safety

1. Mix 1 sachet of GOGI 150g with 210ml of cold water. (portion of mixing can be determined as need) 2. Pour cold water into GOGI flour, mix well together. 3. Dip vegetables or meat into batter and fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
